UBER CLAUSE

UBER CLAUSE:
Both the challenger and the gym leaders (with the exception of the Psychic gym leader) are allowed to use only ONE Uber (If two asterisks and ‘BANNED’ is next to the pokemon, it may not be used at all by neither challengers nor gym leaders). These pokemon, under official sources and Pasadena city college pokemon league standards are considered ubers:
